el_class=&#8221;.grayBox&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"191\" data-end=\"250\">Troubleshooting: Endless \u201cConnecting\u2026\u201d or no connection<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"252\" data-end=\"420\">If a Bluetooth MIDI connection does not complete and stays stuck in <em data-start=\"320\" data-end=\"333\">Connecting\u2026<\/em>, the problem may be caused by a leftover pairing in the system\u2019s Bluetooth settings.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"422\" data-end=\"441\">How to fix it:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"505\">Open the <strong data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"476\">Bluetooth settings<\/strong> on your iOS device or Mac.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"591\">Locate the device you are trying to connect to (e.g. your Mac, iPhone, or iPad).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"659\">Tap <strong data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"621\">Forget This Device<\/strong> (iOS) or <strong data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"648\">Remove\/Ignore<\/strong> (macOS).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"702\">Turn Bluetooth off and back on again.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"745\">Retry the connection in DeviceJockey:\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"830\">On one device, go to <strong data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"815\">Settings \u2192 Bluetooth MIDI \u2192 MIDI Device<\/strong> (advertise).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"920\">On the other device, go to <strong data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"907\">Settings \u2192 Bluetooth MIDI \u2192 MIDI Central<\/strong> (connect).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_message message_box_color=&#8221;success&#8221;
